Client Payment and Refund Policy

When the Client is working with the Designer (Global Creator Productions, LLC) on a package (not hourly), the Scope of Work agreement outlined in the Proposal and full terms of the Contract signed by both parties apply. The payment schedule is and any additional fees for a pause or cancellation are stated in the Contract.

When the Client is working with the Designer on an hourly basis, the Client is agreeing to pay the Designer for the hours worked on the project plus any costs that are incurred (such as theme license purchase, stock photos, etc.).

Refunds are at the discretion of the Designer and will be considered based on how much time and resources have already been put towards the project in question. Package projects that have reached the midpoint and the second invoice paid are not eligible for a refund of any amount. Additionally, no refund will be granted for any hourly projects in which time has been billed and the invoice paid.

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these terms that you have agreed to through payment of your invoice, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, invoice date, invoice amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
