Better Together Physician Coaching

WHERE IT ALL STARTED:
Before we started working with her, Adrienne had a big vision, and a strong desire to not have to learn how to build it herself. She knew she wanted to create her own personal brand to offer both individual and group coaching, as well as a group coaching program for physicians, but didn’t know anything about anything when it came to which platforms to choose and how to go about creating it.
WHERE WE ARE NOW:
Today, Adrienne’s personal brand has merged with Better Together Physician Coaching – an online group coaching program that touches thousands of people in 44 healthcare institutions across the country – featuring one public website and four membership sites.
Project Overview
After learning about Adrienne’s vision, we knew that we’d be building this idea out in stages.
We started small – with a personal website, and a small membership platform open to an intimate number of beta testers.
That first test was a resounding success, with the results being published in the prestigious JAMA Network, an online medical publication.
Once the concept was proven and we knew the project had traction, we built a dedicated public website for Better Together, and three membership sites – each targeting a different demographic within the medical community.
Now in the Growth stage, Better Together has evolved to include four membership sites dedicated to medical students, residents and fellows, faculty, and advanced practice providers, and launches once a year to offer the BT 4-month program to participating institutions.
